About this role

The Senior Technical Advisor, Tuberculosis (STA, TB) serves as an advanced subject matter expert responsible for the technical design, direction, and quality of tuberculosis work across projects within the FHI 360 Health Programs portfolio. This role sets the technical agenda for TB prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, and care, while guiding technical resource investment and serving as a departmental technical lead. The position involves collaborating with project leadership, donors, ministries of health, and global stakeholders to strengthen national TB programs and ensure alignment with global guidance. The advisor also drives technical innovation, capacity building, and sustainability planning for TB service delivery.

Responsibilities
