About this role

The Senior Technical Assistance Consultant in AIR’s Education Systems and Policy program supports project teams working to advance student attendance and engagement in K–12 schools. The role provides technical assistance and capacity-building to state and local education agencies, with emphasis on designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies to reduce chronic absenteeism. It is a part-time, project-based position (typically 25–70% FTE) that can be performed remotely within the U.S. or from AIR U.S. offices and requires availability across continental U.S. time zones.
