Senior Technical Evaluator

This role serves as the senior technical evaluator within the AIDA business unit, responsible for designing, calibrating, and adjudicating evaluation suites and gate thresholds for AI/ML models. The position involves leading gate reviews, maintaining regression-pack methodologies, and ensuring evaluation quality and drift hygiene across agent archetypes. The role also includes producing monthly quality reports and mentoring team members to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
