About this role

This role serves as a senior technical leader within Pharmaceutical Development, providing strategic and scientific leadership in process development, material characterization, and analytical strategies across the product lifecycle. The position involves managing CRO/CMO/CDMO partnerships, overseeing technical transfers, and representing CMC on cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality drug products. The leader will drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor team members to support commercialization and lifecycle management objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead drug product development programs from early discovery through commercial launch
Design and scale robust formulations and manufacturing processes using Quality by Design principles
Oversee CRO/CMO/CDMO partnerships and ensure technical transfer and manufacturing readiness
