About this role

The Senior Technical Partner Success Manager will develop and execute strategies to ensure agency and system integrator partners successfully implement Contentful, driving partner satisfaction, customer retention, and revenue growth. The role partners closely with internal product, customer experience, and engineering teams and reports to the Customer Insights and Adoption team. This is a senior individual contributor position focused on partner enablement, onboarding, and strategic alignment.
