The Senior Technical Recruiter will scale MatX’s technical teams by owning key stages of the hiring lifecycle and shaping recruiting processes at a fast-growing AI/hardware startup. This role partners closely with leadership and hiring managers to build talent pipelines, represent the company’s talent brand, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. The recruiter will also deliver data-driven updates and design scalable frameworks to improve hiring velocity and outcomes.
