About this role

The Senior Total Rewards Analyst supports the design, administration, and continuous improvement of Travere's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, wellness, and leave. This role partners with People Success, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs. Key duties include facilitating annual compensation planning, conducting market benchmarking, administering benefits and leave, and preparing executive compensation materials.

Responsibilities

Facilitate annual compensation planning and system testing
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking for competitive pay
Administer benefits, wellness, and leave of absence programs
Develop total rewards resources and manager communications
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
