The role centers on simplifying multi-step, rule-driven processes and enabling both customers and internal teams to navigate eligibility, underwriting, document collection, and servicing flows. The designer will partner across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Servicing, and Capital Markets to ensure solutions are auditable, accessible, and aligned with financial regulations.
