A Senior UX Researcher at Okta will lead the research practice for a key product area, partnering closely with design, product, and engineering to inform product decisions and foster a culture of learning. The role contributes to building customer empathy and ensuring research insights are accessible across the organization. This is a remote, full-time position with an in-person orientation week in Toronto.
