Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer - Core Team

This role owns the end-to-end delivery of BrightHire’s core platform that powers integrations and flagship AI features. The engineer will work closely with Product and Design to ship and refine product experiences while ensuring platform performance, stability, and high-quality AI outputs. The position is fully remote and focused on scaling infrastructure and delivering reliable customer-facing capabilities.
