Sensory Scientist

The Sensory Scientist manages resources to support business strategies within the Stage Gate Process, leading descriptive panels to deliver actionable sensory results that drive performance across product categories. This role partners with R&D and Marketing Insights to support consumer research, product development, and the establishment of best practices in sensory descriptive assessments. The position involves planning, executing, and interpreting sensory evaluations for corn and flour tortillas and chips, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve existing and new products.
