The Service Consultant role serves as a trusted point of contact for vulnerable members and their support networks, providing empathetic listening and clear guidance to connect them with appropriate internal specialists or external support. This position requires active listening, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of support processes to ensure members feel heard and reassured during difficult times. The role operates on a hybrid basis with a mix of office and remote work, including occasional Saturday shifts.
