The Service Delivery Manager Southern Europe is the primary contact for aftermarket customer requests and provides back-office support to ensure high-quality service delivery and healthy service revenue. The role partners across the organization to drive growth beyond service and acts as a change agent to implement and sustain process improvements. The position reports to the Service Manager Southern Europe with HQ options in Nanterre (Paris) or Buccinasco (Milan).
