Service Desk Consultant

This role provides hands-on, in-office IT support for a small trading desk within Tower Research Capital’s Business Support organization, ensuring the trading and engineering teams can operate without interruption. The position focuses on maintaining hardware, peripherals, meeting-room AV readiness, and operational readiness of endpoint systems across multiple platforms. It emphasizes responsiveness, reliability, and collaboration with vendors and other offices to support trading-critical infrastructure.
