Service Desk Technician I

The Service Desk Technician I serves as the primary point of contact for store Teammates, providing comprehensive technical support for Store Systems including Point-of-Sale (POS), phones, music, video, network, and mobile devices. This role acts as a liaison between stores and other departments to resolve both non-emergency and emergency technical issues. The position requires knowledge of industry standards and best practices to perform fault isolation with hardware and software issues.
