Service Manager - Emergency Services Centre

This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the 24/7 Emergency Services Centre, overseeing CCTV, Out of Hours, and the Home Emergency Alarm Response Service to safeguard vulnerable residents and support emergency services. The Service Manager will lead a dedicated team, drive service improvement, manage budgets, and build strong partnerships with key agencies to ensure high-quality, customer-focused outcomes. The position involves balancing day-to-day operational demands with longer-term strategic priorities while deputising for the Head of Service as required.
