Service Representative

The Service Representative provides efficient and highly responsive service to external customers, including credit union employees and insured members, as well as internal business partners. The role handles a wide variety of inquiries related to CUMIS Individual Life and Payment Protection products and services, striving to exceed productivity and quality goals. This position supports the sale and lifecycle management of payment protection products, processes policy changes, and contributes to customer retention and education.
