About this role

The Service Technician III is a journeyman-level role responsible for completing complex home maintenance and ensuring resident satisfaction across an assigned market. The technician travels to properties to perform and oversee specialty repairs, manage contractors, and uphold company safety, compliance, and quality standards. The position requires adherence to relevant laws and regulations and may include mentoring junior technicians and being available for evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
