About this role
The Service Technician troubleshoots and repairs Cadwell Class I and II medical devices and provides technical phone support to customers and vendors under direction from the Service Department Lead. The role requires adherence to quality and productivity standards, completion of required documentation, and maintenance of a clean and safe work area. The technician must develop and maintain product knowledge and complete training to effectively support clinicians and resolve hardware and software issues.
