Service Technician

The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining the property's appearance and operations in excellent condition, both inside and out. This role involves preparing units for move-ins, completing work orders for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs, and performing exterior maintenance. The position also requires responding to after-hours emergencies and ensuring the property remains safe and well-maintained.
