Service Technician

The Service Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including make-readies, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance, to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of residents. The role involves expediting service requests, maintaining excellent public relations, and handling associated maintenance duties within a multifamily housing complex. This position requires on-call responsibilities and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
