Service/Maintenance

This position oversees the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction projects for an apartment community. The role involves handling grounds keeping and pool duties, responding to resident requests, and ensuring property safety and compliance. The individual will work closely with the Service Manager and Community Manager to maintain property standards and address maintenance needs.
