The Services Engagement Lead is a key member of Professional Services within Amtech’s Customer Operations organization, owning the successful delivery of services engagements originated by Sales. This role involves defining project scope, estimating delivery effort, and negotiating commercial terms while collaborating with customers, internal teams, and third-party partners. The position requires continuous improvement of scoping tools and processes, as well as support for broader organizational initiatives.
