Services Program Manager

The Services Program Manager leads assigned programs to deliver contractual, financial, customer, operational, and technical outcomes on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. The role is responsible for program financial performance, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, and customer satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on identifying and converting additional scope within existing accounts. The position requires leading cross-functional and offshore teams in a heavily matrixed organization while serving as the primary customer-facing point of contact.
