Subcontracts Manager – Defense

The Subcontracts Manager – Defense manages complex subcontracts and related actions in support of Defense programs, ensuring compliance with prime contract requirements, laws, regulations, and company policies. The role oversees the entire subcontract lifecycle, including proposal support, sourcing, negotiations, administration, supplier performance management, and closeout. This position works closely with Program Management and other functional organizations to support program execution, manage supplier performance, and mitigate risks.
