Share-Based Compensation Accountant

This role focuses on managing US GAAP accounting and reporting for share-based compensation plans, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement disclosures. The position supports the monthly close process for the holding company, handles intercompany accounting, and assists with quarterly consolidations and external reporting.
