Shelter Case Manager

The Shelter Case Manager works one-on-one with families in the Bethany House Services Emergency Shelter program, providing trauma-informed care, screening, assessment, and ongoing case management for families experiencing homelessness. The role involves coordinating services for permanent housing, healthcare, financial assistance, and pre-employment training, while also offering limited follow-up support through the Post Shelter Support program. This position requires maintaining a caseload, developing case plans, and collaborating with community resources to help families overcome barriers to stability.
