Shelter Navigator

The Shelter Navigator ensures survivors of domestic violence, intimate partner violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and stalking have 24-hour access to crisis hotline and shelter services. This full-time role involves responding to crisis requests, assessing client eligibility, and providing support within the shelter environment. The position requires maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating with community resources to facilitate effective referrals.
