Shift Coordinator

The Shift Coordinator leads a team of clinicians at the Aurora Mental Health & Recovery Detox Center, managing client care, intakes, discharges, and transfers for up to 43 individuals. This role serves as a community liaison with hospitals and law enforcement while overseeing clinical activities in a 24/7, 30-bed facility. The position requires a strong clinician and leader capable of supervising staff and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment for recovery.
