Shift Manager

This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a specific shift designated by the General Manager while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. The role ensures the restaurant is in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and labor laws, while maintaining Firehouse Subs policies. It involves providing leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness, and assisting the GM in implementing operations game plans and company initiatives.
