Shift Program Counsellor

Family Services of Greater Vancouver is seeking an experienced clinical counsellor to join the provincial Shift BC program, providing specialized assessment, therapeutic counselling, and case coordination to individuals at elevated risk of radicalization to violence. The role involves working within a clinical team and collaborating with interdisciplinary partners to support participants in disengaging from ideologically motivated violence through trauma-informed, strengths-based interventions. This position focuses on behavioural change and community safety while addressing underlying risk factors such as trauma and social isolation.
