Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor at Baconton Power Station oversees all station operations, including the startup and shutdown of key plant components, while performing Control Room Operator duties to ensure safe and efficient plant performance. This position leads safety compliance, maintenance planning, and accurate documentation of operations and maintenance activities, utilizing the CMMS to support equipment reliability. Additionally, the Shift Supervisor mentors and develops operations personnel, assists in staffing, and collaborates closely with the Plant Manager and various departments to maintain seamless plant management and external stakeholder relations.
