Site Management Lead (EAP Operations) at myTomorrows, responsible for leading a team of site managers to support healthcare professionals and clinical sites in managing Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) across 134 countries.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of site managers to provide timely and accurate support to healthcare professionals and clinical sites involved in EAPs
Coach the Site Management team to maintain high performance and invest in individual team member growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance with EAP processes
Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as physicians, pharmacists, and program sponsors
Ensure EAP site management processes meet regulatory standards and address documentation and data accuracy

Qualifications
