Global Patient Access Operations Lead

This role leads the end-to-end operational execution of Pre-Approval Access and Expanded Access programs within Takeda's pharmaceutical organization. The position involves translating strategy into structured operational plans, leveraging technology and data for performance tracking, and coordinating cross-functional teams including Medical, Clinical, and Regulatory departments. The incumbent ensures compliant program delivery from setup through close-out while managing budgets and driving continuous improvement in execution efficiency.
