Site Manager - Infrastructure and Site Services (Permanent)

The Site Manager oversees the non-production aspects of the Esquimalt Graving Dock Submarine Compound, ensuring facilities, infrastructure, and site services remain safe, secure, and compliant. This role involves managing the site operating model, coordinating security and emergency preparedness, and leading infrastructure improvement projects. The position requires acting as the primary liaison with government stakeholders, contractors, and utility providers to support ongoing operations.
