Site Supervisor of Before & After School Program

The Boys & Girls Club of Clifton is seeking a responsible, organized, and child-focused Preschool Before & After Care Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of an assigned preschool before and after care site. This position ensures the safety, supervision, and well-being of children while providing leadership and direction to program staff. The Site Supervisor serves as the primary on-site leader during before and after care hours, working closely with the CELA Coordinator, Director of Early Childhood Education, preschool teachers, administrative staff, and families to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for children.
