Site Transformation Lead

This role leads the delivery of the site transformation strategy and manages the New Product Introduction (NPI) portfolio, technical transfers, and key strategic initiatives. The position translates approved priorities into integrated, executable programs while providing analysis, feasibility assessments, and recommendations to support strategy development. The role ensures cross-functional alignment, governance, and successful handover of transformation outcomes to functional owners.
