This role involves spending time with guests with disabilities to help them access all that Smuggs has to offer, celebrating their achievements and sharing the joy of discovering new skills. The position requires patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different needs while working both on and off the snow with adults and children. It is a rewarding opportunity to connect with people and potentially make new friends each week.
