Skilled Trades Director

This position provides leadership and technical oversight for all skilled trades across the district, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The role ensures the reliability, safety, and long-term performance of building systems through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, lifecycle asset management, and contractor oversight. The incumbent serves as the district's technical authority on building systems and partners with Maintenance Operations to ensure aligned and efficient service delivery.
