Skilled Trades Manager

The Skilled Trades Manager leads, plans, and coordinates all skilled trades operations for Odawa Casino Resort, overseeing the maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety. This role ensures facilities operate safely and efficiently while supporting exceptional guest and team member experiences through effective leadership and contractor management. The position also involves managing facility improvement projects, supporting departmental budgeting, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
