Skipper

The Skipper is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of assigned Company vessels, including pilot boats and speed boats, while ensuring the safety of personnel and protection of the marine environment. This role involves providing reliable marine support services such as personnel transfer, standby duties, and emergency response in compliance with Company policies and maritime regulations. The position requires maintaining operational readiness, high standards of customer service, and safe working practices during all marine operations.
