Small Parts Tech

The Small Parts Tech assists in the construction and preparation of small parts, including infusion molding, waxing, cleaning, inspecting, cutting fiberglass, and maintaining molds. The role involves drilling holes, laminating, sanding, and buffing parts to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for production. This position requires working with fiberglass, resin, and gel coat while following safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
