SMT Lead

The SMT Lead provides hands-on leadership for the SMT production team at Rocket EMS, coordinating daily activities to meet quality, productivity, and delivery goals. This role involves overseeing equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting while training operators to ensure PCB assemblies meet customer requirements and IPC workmanship standards. The position requires close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Materials departments to resolve line issues and maintain consistent processes in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
