SMT Operator-3

A 3rd Shift SMT Operator at Flex is responsible for setting up automated Surface-Mount Technology assembly equipment and performing routine adjustments to accommodate varying product requirements. The role involves operating screen printers, pick and place machines, and reflow ovens while maintaining accurate job tracking records and adhering to IPC-A-610 quality standards. Candidates will perform basic soldering and rework tasks to ensure high-quality electronic component assembly in the Walker, MI facility.
