SMT Operator

The SMT Operator is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and operation of automated Surface Mount Technology assembly equipment, including screen printing, pick and place, and reflow ovens. This role ensures quality, efficiency, and productivity goals are met while supporting new product introductions and production runs. The position requires collaboration with manufacturing engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and maintain high standards.
