Soccer Performance Associate

The Soccer Performance Associate supports the New England Revolution with on-field performance operations, strength and conditioning programming, and athlete monitoring. This role contributes to the implementation of training protocols, data collection, analysis, and daily performance department functions. Working with the Academy Sports Performance Coach and in collaboration with coaching and sports medicine staff, the Associate helps promote athlete development, optimize performance, and assists return-to-play processes.
