Social Work Supervisor

The Social Work Supervisor leads and supports the Social Work team across the St. Joseph and Niles PACE campuses, ensuring participants receive coordinated, compassionate, and high-quality psychosocial care. This role involves providing supervision, mentorship, and professional development to licensed and non-licensed social work team members while strengthening case management practices and interdisciplinary collaboration. The position also serves as a clinical resource for complex situations and supports compliance with PACE requirements.
