Social Worker

This role involves safeguarding and achieving positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people in Liverpool through complex caseload management and statutory duties. The position requires conducting assessments, preparing court statements, and collaborating with families and partner agencies to ensure child safety and effective care planning. The social worker will also facilitate transition planning for young people and maintain accurate, timely records in line with legislative frameworks.
