Social Worker

This role involves providing statutory support to adults with care and support needs and their carers, including assessment, support planning, and safeguarding. The position requires practicing in accordance with the BASW Professional Capabilities Framework and upholding standards defined by Social Work England. The social worker will work in partnership with various agencies to coordinate support and ensure individuals can live as independently as possible.
