Social Worker

As a Social Worker, you will work as part of the Allied Health team to deliver high-quality, client-centred support to older South Australians experiencing complex social, emotional, and life transition challenges. You will partner with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes that enhance wellbeing, dignity, and independence. The role involves conducting psychosocial assessments, providing counselling, and collaborating with external providers to support holistic client care.
